Robert Dias, a 57-year-old resident of Bammon Wado, Candolim, was found dead in his locked home on Monday. Police were alerted around 6 pm after neighbors reported a foul odour emanating from the house. Fire and Emergency Services (FES) personnel were called to open the premises. Following a panchanama, the body was transferred to Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC), Bambolim, for preservation. An investigation is underway.
