Suchana Seth (39), arrested on January 8 from Chitradurga, Karnataka, is accused of murdering her son in a Goa service apartment and attempting to transport his body to Bengaluru.

The Children’s Court has granted her 13 days of judicial custody. She faces charges under IPC sections 302 (murder) and 201 (destruction of evidence), along with provisions of the Goa Children’s Act.
