Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is anticipated to miss the fourth summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) today regarding the money laundering investigation related to the Delhi excise policy scam.

 Kejriwal is scheduled to embark on a three-day tour of Goa with Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann immediately after attending an education department event in the national capital at 12 pm. 

The Goa visit is strategically timed in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, allowing him to engage with party workers and potentially address a public rally.
