The 2nd International Environment & Sustainability Summit Goa (IESSG) is set to be held from February 8 to 10, 2024, at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Bambolim, Goa. Organized by the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Manthan – Ideas and Implementation through Science, Technology, and Innovations, the summit will focus on the theme “Structuring the Present for a Sustainable Future: Our Commitment to Actions.” 

The event aims to facilitate discussions on sustainability solutions, best practices, and innovative ideas while building networks and enhancing learning experiences. The summit will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, with Shri Bhupender Yadav, Hon’ble Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of India, as the Guest of Honour. The keynote address will be delivered by Mr. Suresh Prabhu, Founding Chancellor of Rishiwood University and Former Union Minister. The valedictory session is scheduled for February 10, 2024, at 02:30 p.m.
