The High Court has declined to entertain petitions filed by Pastor Domnic D’Souza and his wife, Joan Mascarenhas D’Souza, challenging show cause notices issued by the North Goa Collector for an externment hearing.

Both Domnic and Joan have withdrawn their petitions. The High Court has granted them the liberty to approach again if an externment order is passed.
