Kenyan National Convicted in 2017 Palolem Drug Case

The South Goa District and Sessions Court convicted Kenyan national Michan Gumbi under the NDPS Act. Gumbi was arrested in 2017 at Palolem, Canacona, for possessing illegal drugs valued at ₹2.40 lakh.
