The Panjim Police have registered a case against an unidentified person for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl from Dhanalaxmi Nagar. Surendra Singh Rana (44), a native of Uttarakhand, filed the complaint, stating that his minor daughter was taken from his lawful guardianship on June 18. The case has been registered under Section 363 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act. PSI Viraj Naik is investigating the case under the guidance of Panjim PI Vijaykumar Chodankar.
