A Goa-Delhi IndiGo flight passenger faced a frustrating 12-hour delay, leading to its diversion to Mumbai due to poor visibility. 

Passengers, upset about the unexpected stopover, refused to board the bus to the terminal building and instead dined on the tarmac. 

The Central Industrial Security Force had to be called in to manage the situation.  , causing disruptions at Mumbai airport with delays and cancellations of arriving and departing flights.

 IndiGo apologized for the incident and is investigating to prevent future occurrences.
