In a bizarre incident on the Siolim-Morjim road, a tourist driving a rent-a-car caused multiple collisions before stopping and dancing in the middle of the road. 

The situation escalated when the tourist, after being confronted by one of the drivers whose vehicle he hit, exited his car, brought out a large speaker, and began dancing. The police were called to handle the situation.
